Work with us
To begin working with us, please review and sign our consulting agreement, then complete a W-9. The information from the W-9 is necessary to provide you a 1099 for the pertinent tax year.
Please note that by signing our consulting agreement, you will be able to work with Faculty Connection for any of your personal consulting agreements. However, it does not obligate you to use Faculty Connection for all, or any, personal consulting agreements. You are always free to engage in consulting activities on your own.
